1. General These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. Glowzy reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in product descriptions.

3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Glowzy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days across India. Glowzy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. We do not accept physical returns for hygiene reasons. Refunds or replacements are offered for damaged or incorrect items with valid proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

6. COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package. Repeated refusals or RTO (Return to Origin) may result in COD being disabled for your account.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics are the property of Glowzy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Glowzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By using our website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts for any matters arising from these terms.
